Bank Owned Vacation Homes



With the current buyer's market and the access MBT Homes has to the premier rental management company in central Florida , we can find you stunning 4,5,6 and 7 bedroom pool homes in resort and non resort communities that allow you to generate enough income to make the properties viable for you to own.

 

Many of these Orlando Vacation homes are bank owned, allowing you the savvy investor to purchase homes for less than is owed to the bank.

 

The two major options to choose from in the single family home market are "Resort" and "Non Resort" communities.

A Resort Home will be in a gated resort community with a clubhouse and amenities. These homes are more expensive and have higher Association fees (typically $300 per month). To offset these costs, the homes typically rent for more per night and have a better occupancy.

Non Resort homes are cheaper to purchase and have fewer amenities but the nightly rental amount is lower. This is often not a bad thing though as your monthly expenses will also be lower and the homes tend to be booked for more weeks!! For either type of property we recommend that the owner attempt to market themselves to augment the management company’s bookings. If you can generate 3 -5 weeks of bookings yourself break even is easily obtainable.

Emerald Island Windsor Palms and Terra Verde - 4 bedroom pool homes from $225k. 6 & 7 bedroom pool homes from $325,000

These guard gated communities offer resort style amenities including swimming pools, tennis courts clubhouse with fitness center and more. These amenities are funded through a higher monthly HOA than non resort communities but rent more often and for higher rentals per night

Non Resort Vacation Homes - 4 bedroom pool homes from $175k

Although these homes do not have the resdort amenities and as such do not rent for as much per night as the non resort communities the HOA is much lower as is the purchase price.


For the Pure Investor

For the pure investor who does not require personal usage MBT Homes recommends long term rental.

We have homes ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 all of which we will rent out for you anywhere from $850 per month to $1400 per month.
